Per the most recent comment...Yes, there is always plenty of room for guests! We're thinking of making this 'other' workshop into a little house....it already has heat and might make a great play house complete with a cot and everything. Oh, and there are 4 bedrooms (big ones where you can fit more than a twin bed into the room), so guests can actually stay WITH us in the house too! Imagine that!?!?! That is, if you don't mind blue bathroom tile and a retro stove!

We've agreed on a price! Still have some details to iron out, but looks like we're moving this Spring! We're psyched! What's not to be excited about:
1/2 acre wooded lot can see the neighborhood beach/water from the house mooring off the beach for our boat big-giant garage, workshop, boat house another workshop/shed plus a basement workshop plenty of room for us & kids in house and: all complete w/an original 1948 stove/oven...that's "retro" right???
