Evidently after our Halloween Extravaganza, the neighbors expected some serious yard jingle from us this year. But the reality is that besides the hanging of the annual wreath-made-out-of-old bicycle-wheel and a couple strands of blinkies, we're low on the neighborhood jingle meter.
